At Mouse in a Box, we want you to love every piece you receive; if your fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Carefully pack your items in the original Mouse in a Box packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.
